2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide LMS services, manage student accounts, deliver educational content, track learning progress, facilitate placement activities, send notifications, and send job application emails after explicit user authorization.

3. Google Account Integration (Placement Module)

Students may connect their Google account using Google OAuth. We request access to your basic profile, email address, and permission to send email using Gmail only after you explicitly authorize access.

4. How We Use Google Data

We authenticate your Google account, associate it with your placement profile, and send job application emails on your behalf after you initiate the action. We do not read your Gmail, inbox, contacts, or Google Drive.

5. Resume Storage

Resumes are securely stored in protected private server storage and are not publicly accessible.

6. Refresh Token Storage

Refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only to obtain temporary access tokens for sending emails.

7. Job Application Emails

When you click Apply, an email is sent from your connected Gmail account to the employer with your resume attached. The email appears in your Gmail Sent folder.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only when required by law or to deliver requested services.

9. Data Security

We use encrypted storage, secure server-side storage, HTTPS, and access controls to ensure maximum security for your information.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

11. Your Rights

You may update your profile, replace your resume, disconnect your Google account, and request deletion of your personal information where permitted by law.
